• Breanna Ann Bly made an initial appearance on a warrant revoking conditions of furlough. A pre-trial conference is set for 1 p.m. on July 24 and the jury trial is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 8. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.

• Jennifer May Palmarez made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Palmarez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Bernard A. Brooks made an initial appearance on a fireworks charge. Brooks pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Yoandris Cabrera Patterson made an initial appearance on a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Cabrera Patterson pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving on the wrong side is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the no valid driver’s license is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $846.38 in court costs for a total of $1,145.38.

• Bu Reh made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Christopher James Moore failed to appear on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty on both counts. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $325 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Salvador Magana made an initial appearance through counsel, Jennie Wilson-Moore, on a driving while barred charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a no insurance-accident charge. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Lance Austin Butcher made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-third degree charge and a serious assault charge. Butcher will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Sarah Rochelle DeSautels made an initial appearance on a willful injury charge. Jennifer Frese is acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Pedro Lopez Guido made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Lopez Guido pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine for speeding is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Shalayia Lynn Marie Price made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Price pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
