• Robert Dalton Massey made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 14. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Rebecca Irene Adams made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Adams pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
