The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Bond is set at $3,500 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Brock Michael Casady made an initial appearance on a sexual abuse-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Bond is set at $25,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Eron Yonathan Ramirez Hernandez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge, a no insurance charge, a careless driving charge, an improper use of lanes charge and a faillure to use headlamps when required charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
