Original ‘Star Wars’ trilogy heading back to theaters

NEW YORK – On the heels of “The Force Awakens,” the original “Star Wars” trilogy is coming back to theaters this summer.

The Alamo Drafthouse announced Tuesday that it will roll out a “Star Wars” road show beginning Aug. 6 in select cities. The three films – “A New Hope,” ”The Empire Strikes Back” and “Return of the Jedi” – will typical play in back-to-back-to-back screenings.
