A northbound Progressive Insurance vehicle flipped over on its top after swerving to avoid hitting a second vehicle pulling out of a parking lot on 3rd Avenue Tuesday afternoon according to Marshalltown Police Sgt. Melinda Ruopp. She added that no injuries were reported in the incident.
