Mayor Jim Lowrance presents Monica Rohde-Fulton a certificate celebrating her 15 years service at the Marshalltown Public Library during a city council meeting earlier this week. Assistant Librarian Sandy Gowdy said Rohde-Fulton was a valuable team member who diligently responded to the many questions residents pose to staff, ranging from addresses to telephone numbers to zip codes.
