• Raymond Joseph Willson made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 7. Willson is released on his promise to appear. If he owns or possesses any firearms, Willson is to contact the local law enforcement agency immediately to surrender the items. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Emmanuel Kashande Alhameed made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on July 27. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Mary Anne Moody made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Moody pleaded not guilty and the pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 in Magistrate Court. Moody is released on her promise to appear.

• Carlos M. Perez made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 7. Perez is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Grant Daniel Mattox made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in an assured, clear distance charge. Mattox pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Jeremy Allen Adkins made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. Adkins pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Jaquelin Garcia Barajas made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. Garcia Barajas pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• David Reyes Chacon made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. Reyes Chacon pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Brayden Fitzgerald Knox made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. Knox pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Robert Wayne McWilliams made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. McWilliams pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Guillermo Rodriguez Bedolla made an initial appearance on a fireworks-prohibited use charge. Rodriguez Bedolla pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• On Tuesday, an attempted burglary with damage to property was reported in the 700 block of Arlington Drive.

• On Tuesday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 10 block of South Fifth Avenue.

• On Wednesday, a case of vandalism to property was reported in the 1200 block of Highview Drive.

Arrests

• On Tuesday, Roman Albin, 30, was arrested for child endangerment causing bodily injury.

• On Tuesday, Emmanual Alhameed, 31, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court.

• On Wednesday, Raymond Willson, 30, was arrested for harassment-first degree.
