Marshall County Courthouse will be closed beginning Monday until further notice due to last week’s tornado. Watch for future press releases and the courthouse website for updates at www.co.marshall.ia.us.

Marshall County Courts: Civil Courts will be temporarily relocated to Story County, 1315 S. B Ave., Nevada beginning Tuesday. Criminal Courts, Clerk of Court and Cashier will be temporarily relocated to Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, 2369 Jessup Ave., Marshalltown beginning Tuesday. This is eight miles west of Marshalltown off Highway 30.

Treasurer’s Office: Motor Vehicle functions DOT To Go will be available beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday in the parking lot near the Driver’s License Station at the Marshalltown Mall. Property Tax Payments will not be available at this time.

Board of Supervisors: Meeting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday will be held at the Marshall County Engineer’s Office, 11 E. Church St., Marshalltown.

Auditor/Recorder’s Office: All functions will not be available at this time.
