Marshalltown Housing and Community Development Director Michelle Spohnheimer is shown meeting with City Administrator Jessica Kinser in her city hall office Friday. Beginning at 1 p.m. Spohnheimer and colleagues from Administration, Engineering, Finance, Parks and Recreation were able to conduct business in their respective offices. Damage to the city hall roof resulting from the July 19 EF-3 tornado forced departments to temporarily re-locate to Marshalltown Public Library and elsewhere for approximately five weeks. City Clerk Shari Coughenhour, Human Resources Director Jill Petermeier, Kinser and Spohnheimer said it was great to be back.
