Cool, afternoon rain didn’t deter folks from attending the Marshall County Conservation Board’s annual Prairie Heritage Day on Saturday, held in conjunction with Oktemberfest. Free and open to the public, people got the opportunity to sample freshly pressed cider, make rope, grind corn, watch a blacksmith demonstration, and more.
