T-R PHOTO BY MIKE DONAHEY - Representatives from Iowa Highway Patrol, Marshall County Sheriffs Office, Marshalltown Police Department and State Center Police Department manned the roof of the local Dunkin’ Donuts store Friday. It was all part of the annual “Cop on a Rooftop” fundraiser to support Special Olympics Iowa. Law enforcement raised $2,015 locally last year, and $23,156 statewide.
