A domestic dispute between a father and son at their home led to charges filed against the son for domestic abuse-second offense and child endangerment.

Ramon Jesus Mora, 20, allegedly struck his father causing injury to his right eye and lip, according to a criminal complaint and affidavit filed by Marshalltown police in Marshall County District Court. The incident occurred in front of a minor child, resulting in a child endangerment charge.

An individual witnessed the assault, and defendant fled the scene before officers arrived. A warrant was filed for his arrest.
