Kincade

A local man was arrested on a warrant issued by Marshalltown police after he admitted to pushing down a victim while holding a hammer in a threatening manner, according to a criminal complaint and affidavit filed in Marshall County District Court.

The offense is an aggravated misdemeanor. At Adrian Lavone Kincade’s initial hearing, a magistrate issued a no contact order, meaning he can not contact the victim. The defendant is being held in the Marshall County Jail on $2,000 cash or surety bond. His preliminary hearing is July 12.
