A local man was arrested by Marshalltown Police Monday on a new charge of assault use/display of a weapon interference with official acts. Justin Patton, 37, also faces warrant-related charges of interference with official acts, inflicting bodily injury, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft third degree according to a Marshalltown Police Department report. He remains in Marshall County Jail on several cash or surety bonds totaling $10,650, and without bond on warrant charges.
