Melia Jeanne, vice president of the Marshalltown Development Foundation and Heidi Draisey, president of the foundation, present a check of $2,000 to Marshalltown High School Class of 1969 alumni Bob Hougher, Lyle Jensen and Lew Miller. The class raised more than $112,000 to replace trees lost in the 2018 tornado. Members were going to present a check to the mayor of Marshalltown on Sunday for the full amount but it got postponed to a Marshalltown City Council meeting. The class will continue taking donations.
