Marshalltown Police Department Lt. Rick Bellile presented Officer Ryan Dehl with the police department’s Distinguished Service Award in recognition of exemplary service and commitment to community policing initiatives. Dehl is a leader in the area of community education by facilitating several violent intruder training sessions for community groups and partners. Dehl also founded the Kids Cop Connection outreach program for the department.
