Ceniceros

Jesse Ceniceros, 34, Marshalltown was arrested by local police and taken to jail Sunday on charges of second degree theft and driving while barred. Capt. At his initial appearance Monday, Ceniceros was ordered held on $5,000 cash-only bond.

Second degree theft is a class D felony and punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine not to exceed $7,500. In addition to the fine, there is a 35 percent surcharge and $100 court costs.
