The auction of the fire station scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday has been postponed until further notice and pending city council discussion.

A discrepancy in what had been shown as the property up for auction versus what had been advertised has created enough concern about interested bidders to result in the delay. A new date will be set following direction from the city council at the March 9 meeting.
