ALBION — The annual Rail-Trail Festival will be returning to Albion this weekend with a host of family friendly fun and returning events like the Grand Parade on Saturday morning at 10 a.m., the third annual dual bicycle ride and a 5k run early Saturday.

It all kicks off Friday with the Show and Shine at the city park from 5 to 8 p.m., followed by mechanical bull rides and a family movie night. The festival kicks into high gear Saturday with the 5k, parade, BBQ competition and a host of kids activities during the day, followed by live music from Mike Bernard from 5 to 7 p.m. and a street dance with Grand Marshall from 8 to midnight.

The festivities wrap up Sunday morning with Praise in the Park at 10 a.m. For a full schedule of events, visit https://www.facebook.com/AlbionRailTrailFestival.
