Wayne is survived by his mother Elizabeth Lindsey, of Marshalltown, his sister Annie (Duane) Huseboe, of Gilman, his son Jeff (Renae) Lindsey, of Waukee, his daughter Kathy (Anthony) Johanns, of Pleasant Hill, and his six beloved grandchildren.

Following cremation a celebration of Wayne’s life will be held from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on December 22, 2016, at the Gilman American Legion Hall in Gilman, IA. There will be a light luncheon provided. At 12:30 p.m. there will be a small tribute to honor the life and memories Wayne has left for us.
