Donald C. Foreman, 89, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center under the care of Grinnell Regional Hospice. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 10, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Leanna Van Zandt officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Monday, April 10, 2017, from 10 AM until the time of service at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Survivors include three children: Deborah (Dave) Wacha, of Toledo, Lonnie Foreman, of Milford, IA, and Gordon Foreman, of Gordon, TX; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Wayne (Dorothy) Foreman, of Toledo; and one sister-in-law, Marilyn Foreman, of MO.
Memorials may be directed to Grinnell Regional Hospice, Toledo Ambulance Service and Tama Ambulance Service.
