Isaiah Jacob Parker was born on January 19, 1996, in Iowa City, Iowa; he was the son of Jesse Parker and Lori Havig. In 2001 Isaiah moved to Marshalltown, where he grew up and went to school. Isaiah is the youngest son of Jesse Parker, youngest brother to Jason Parker, Tavar Parker, Jordan Parker, Cameo Parker and Kyle Havig. He always enjoyed working on bikes and other physical projects. He enjoyed playing video games and hanging out with friends. Isaiah had a gentle smile that would lighten up any room he was in.

Isaiah is joining his brother, Jason Parker in the eternal life.

Left to cherish Isaiah’s memory is his father, Jesse Parker; sister, Cameo Parker and brothers, Tavar Parker, Jordan Parker, and Kyle Havig.
