Funeral services for Dale will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Mitchell Family Funeral Home with Pastor John Whitehead officiating. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Thomas, Kimberley, Logan, Janelle and Tabitha; siblings: Perry (Lana), Gerald, Donna and Brenda; best friend and caregiver throughout his illness, Debbie Dugan; as well as Max, his loyal and loving dog.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Julie Gollnick.
