Milo Buffalo Jr., 59, of Tama, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017, at Unity Point Health in Marshalltown. Traditional Graveside Services were held Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 2:00 PM at the Meskwaki Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama with Homer Bear Jr. as speaker. A Traditional Wake was held Tuesday evening at the Bear Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama.
Survivors include his wife, Suzi Buffalo; sons, Nathan Buffalo, Milo Buffalo III, Breonne Buffalo, and Kaiden Buffalo; sisters, Marsha Buffalo, and Melinda (Arlo) Wanatee; brothers, Mike Buffalo, Mark Buffalo and Chris Buffalo; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo is assisting the family with the arrangements.
