Vickie Lynn Smith, 66, of Toledo, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Fred Berry officiating. Private interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo at a future date. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 1-2 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Vickie is survived by her husband Robert Boardman, of Toledo; three children: Brent (Melea) Willson, of Walker, Tim (Heather) Ceaser, of Tama, and Tammie (Adam) Mellies, of Toledo; sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one brother, Michael (Dallis Sonksen) Smith, of Boone.
