Funeral services for John K. Schipper, 89, were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 11, 2017, at the First Presbyterian Church in Conrad, IA, with Rev. Kerry Carson officiating. Steven Bublitz read the scripture while Marijke Carson played the organ for Sue McLeland, the vocalist.
Casket Bearers were Drew Redish, Michael Valentino, Adam Stanfield, Andrew Shoemaker, Brent Schipper, Darrin Berggren, Brian Peterson and Jed Norman.
Groups in attendance included the Oakview Nursing Home and GNB Bank.
Mr. Schipper was laid to rest in the Bristow Cemetery, Bristow, IA.
