Bruce Allen Waseskuk, 71
Bruce Allen Waseskuk, 71, of Tama, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Traditional Graveside Services were held Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at 2:00 PM at the Meskwaki Cemetery in rural Tama with Homer Bear Jr. as speaker. A Traditional Wake was held Monday evening at the Bear Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama.
Survivors include his wife Rhonda, of Tama; son Alan Waseskuk, of Tama; two daughters, Anissa Waseskuk, of Toledo, and Anna Waseskuk, of Marshalltown; eight grandchildren; his mother Genevieve “Gene” Waseskuk, of Tama; seven great-grandchildren and three step-children: Lauterio Corral, Ren Corral, and Elora Conlreras, all of Tama.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo is assisting the family with the arrangements.
