D. Elaine Crouse, 79, of Marshalltown, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Southridge Specialty Care in Marshalltown. She died much like she lived, quietly with the peace of God in her heart and soul.
Elaine will truly be missed by her son, Lowell (Jackie), of Maxwell; her daughter Shelley Gilgen, of Marshalltown; her son, Lenny (Kim), of Peosta; and her son Shawn (Melissa), of West Des Moines; nine grandchildren; as well as four great grandchildren; and her sister, Martha Yantis, of State Center.
Visitation will be held at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22nd. A celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Proceeding the service she will be laid to rest in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Marshalltown. Memorials may be directed to her family.
