Funeral services for Mary Jane Mayer, 87, were held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Anderson Funeral Homes, Marshalltown, IA. Rev. Bobby Shomo officiated the service with special music provided by Bev Grove, pianist, and Rev. Bobby Shomo, vocalist.
Casket bearers were Jeff Fouts, Jon Fouts, Jim Holubar, Mike Holubar, Dusty Mayer, Jim Van Ness and Larry Wilkening.
Honorary bearers were Kelly Mayer, Jonna Garland, Kevin Holubar, Kraig Holubar, Mark Holubar, Barry Holubar, Terry Holubar, Danny Shank, Dale Storebo, Bob Gean, Kenny Weatherman, Chris Mayer, Mark Mayer, Chuck Grove, Johnny Hitchings and Steve Salasek.
Interment took place at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Marshalltown, IA.
Groups in attendance included Iowa River Hospice Home staff and volunteers.
