Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at New Hope Christian Church in Marshalltown at 11:00 a.m. A public visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, also at New Hope Christian Church, with the family to greet friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Left to cherish her memory is her significant other, Fernando Carrillo; her children: Evealina Carrillo, Elysia Carrillo and Everest Grommet; brother, Michael (Cora Mattingly) Grommet, a niece and a nephew. She is also survived by her mother Laura, all of her family in Colorado and countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
