Jack W. Johnson, 73
Jack W. Johnson, 73, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Marshalltown and Green Mountain, passed away on April 30 at the Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix.
Survivors include his loving sister Martha Jane Benbow, brother-in-law Don Benbow; step-sons Jerry Flohrs and Harold Flohrs, two nephews, two nieces and special friends/care-givers.
A graveside service at Rosehill Cemetery will be held at 2PM on Friday, May 17, 2019.
