Jeff was born Sept. 20, 1968, to Sheryl Lynne Helton, of Marshalltown. Jeff was a graduate of Webster City High School in 1988. In 1989, he married Deborah Hanen. Later divorced. During this marriage they had 3 Children, Stephanie Renae, Dakota Alan and Walker Lee. Jeff was an avid racing fan, devoted brother, loving father and grandfather.

Jeff is survived by his brothers Michael Helton, Daniel (Denise) Helton, Jason (Michelle) Helton, & Chris (Chris) Holken his three children and grandchildren: Adalinn, Zaydenn and Lanxtynn.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

A celebration of life will be arranged at a later date.
