Bill is survived by Marian, his wife of 37 years. Children: David Scheid (Cynthia), of Prescott Valley, Arizona; Julie Meyers, of Boca Raton, Florida; Diane McKinney, of Hawthorne, California; Kay Shaver (Mike), of Eugene, Oregon and Jeffrey Blair (Michelle), of Chandler, Arizona. Brother, Leland Scheid (Monna), of Nevada, Iowa; sister-in-law Roberta Scheid, of Montour, Iowa and sister Mary Laird, of Creston, Iowa.

He leaves 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many, many friends.

Memorial services will be Friday, August 16, 2019, at 11:00am at the First United Methodist Church, 101 E. Hillview St., Winslow, Arizona and on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 10:00 am at the Living Faith United Methodist Church in Montour, Iowa. Burial will be at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Montour, Iowa.
