Dean Alan Richtsmeier, 75, of Des Moines, Iowa, and formerly of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the Fluer Heights Care Center in Des Moines. Funeral services for Dean Richtsmeier will be 11:00 am, Saturday September 21, 2019 at the St. Peter’s UCC Church in Rural Geneva, Iowa. Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 am also Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the St. Peter’s UCC Church in rural Geneva. Dean Alan Richtsmeier is survived by his three children: Susan Emblen-Richtsmeier of Sebastopol, California, Lee Alan Richtsmeier of Rohnert Park, California, and Lane Alan Richtsmeier of Des Moines, Iowa; a brother: Herman [Patty] Richtsmeier of Ames, Iowa; and two nieces.
