Gladys Shirk, 95
A Funeral service for Gladys Shirk, 95, of Marshalltown, was held on September 13, 2019, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Pastor Greg Ellcey officiated the service and special music was performed by Roxanne Bach and Loren Conrad.
Pallbearers were Jason Shirk, Kyle Niedhauser, Ryan Davis, Paul Fields, Dean Fiscus and Rick Legg.
Honorary pallbearers were Chad Niedhauser and James Fiscus. She was laid to rest in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Groups in attendance included members of Hope United Methodist Church and Iowa River Hospice, among others.
Mitchell Family Funeral Home cared for Gladys and her family.
