Roger E. Awes, 83
A Mass of Christian Burial for Roger E. Awes, 83, was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at St. Francis of Assisi – St. Mary Catholic Church, Marshalltown, IA. Father Michael McAndrew officiated the Mass with special music provided by organist Marilyn Spafford and the St. Mary Choir.
Casket bearers were Grant Awes, Matthew Awes, Derek Bodin, Trent Ewalt, Christopher Smith, Josh Smith, Aaron West and Jorden West.
Honorary bearers were Kevin Awes and Kael Bodin. Interment was in Maynard Cemetery, Maynard, IA.
Following the services, all were invited to join the family for a luncheon and time of fellowship in the reception hall.
