A Memorial service for Max Graves, 85, of Marshalltown, was held on October 12, 2019 at Central Christian Church. Pastor Loren Strait officiated the service. Pallbearers were Terry Graves, Cheri Corbin, Jeff Graves, and Tricia Redell. He was laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Combined VFW/American Legion Honor Guard from the surrounding area. Groups in attendance included members of Central Christian Church among others. Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Max and his family.
