A Funeral service for Phyllis “Jean” Ridout, 90, of Marshalltown, was held on October 11, 2019 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Kim Wilson officiated her service and Marilyn Spafford played special music. Pallbearers were Ryan, Brady, Ethan, Luke, Jeremiah, and Austin Ridout, Cayden and Nolan Bartlett, and Zack Chanchom. Honorary pallbearers were Jaxson, Bradley, Andrew, Bodhi, Brandon, Nikolas, Trevor, and Simon Ridout, Pierce Davis, and Elliott Voss. Jean was laid to rest in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Jean and her family.
