Survivors include her fiance, Kenny Mayo, of Garwin; two children, Sean (Bridget) Fuches, of Carlisle, and Ashley Curry, of Des Moines; her mother, Merna Crapser, of Des Moines; four step-children: Elissia Speicher-Schmidt, Valesta Scheffert, Dylon Speicher and Derek Speicher and their families; three grandchildren. Donna will also be missed by Kenny’s children and grandchildren; siblings, David Crapser, of Waterloo, Debbie (Ken) Pearson, of Shingle Spring, CA, Dennis Crapser, of Des Moines, and DeAnn (Lex) Oakley, of Carlisle; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial fund will be established.
