Scott Dannen, 53, of Rhodes, Iowa, passed away in the comfort of his own home on Friday, March 13, 2020. As of noon, Tuesday, March 17th, Governor Reynolds has MANDATED that all events in the state of over 10 persons be cancelled for the corona virus concerns.
