Lucille Lavera Conger was born December 27, 1925, to parents Jess and Ida (Inglish) Conger in Exline, Iowa. She was one of three children born to the family.

Lucille was united in marriage to her husband James Seavey in the 1940’s. The two began a family of their own having three children. Lucille made her family the most important job of her life and took pride in her family.

Left to remember and cherish her memory are her son Jack (Lynna) Seavey; grandchildren Jesse Seavey, Lacey (Chris) Stowe, and Joe (Carmen) Barker; and her great grandchildren Christian Stowe and Emersyn Stowe.

In death, she rejoins her husband James; her children Mary Seavey and Joy Barker; her siblings Jack Conger and JoAnn Harsha; and her parents Jess and Ida Conger.
