A memorial gathering for Darwin Eggers, 71, of State Center was held on November 6, 2020, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Groups in attendance included Dar’s former coworkers from the city of State Center and Blood Dairy Farm, Iowa River Hospice and many friends and family. A private graveside service was held at Hillside Cemetery, State Center.
