Janice (Bulanek) Hazen, 86, of Marshalltown, left this earthly life to rejoin many family members on the morning of Friday, September 30th, 2022, at her home while in care of her family and Iowa River Hospice.

Left to cherish her memory is five children: Thelma Smith, Deborah (Richard) Fiser, Ronald Hazen Jr., Bradford Hazen and Pamela Haines; 13 grandchildren numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; her brother Jerry (Kathy) Bulanek and sister Joanne Curley and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
