Iowa as a state, plus numerous other states, owe their existence to Thomas Jefferson’s Louisiana Purchase.
If Hillary Clinton is elected president, Bill and her propensity to focus cash retainers to their foundation may create the return of Jefferson’s purchase to France, if they can raise the money. The Clintons seem to respect cash rather than citizenship. A couple of speeches by Bill in Paris and Marseille should generate enough of a French retainer for the sale.
If a”For Sale” sign by Hillary goes up in Baton Rouge, Iowans better be prepared to migrate.
