Best Chili Chicken
Recently I was invited to dinner and the hostess served the best chili chicken dish, so I am passing the recipe on. Also, there are a couple of other recipes worth making.
Best Chili Chicken

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 med onion, diced
1 (7oz) can diced green chili
1 (7oz) salsa
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Cut chicken into bite size pieces; add soups, milk, chili, salsa & onion; mix together with cheese.
Layer tortillas (broken into pieces), chicken mix, cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese.
Refrigerate 24 hours for flavors to meld. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
