What I’ve learned in class and how we can apply it to whatever comes next

What is leadership? Many view leadership as a title or role that one can only aspire to and hope someday for, waiting for the day when they can be a leader.

But, in reality, it is much simpler and much more noble than that.

Leadership is an Activity, not a Position.

It is the tug in our heart to take action and to make a difference.

It is the ideas in our mind, shared to others to inspire a collective purpose.

It is our voice, reaching out to others for a call to action and working together to make it happen.

It is our actions we take to drive change.

Anyone can lead, anywhere, any time.

Today is your day. Lead with your heart, your mind, and your actions.
