Pet insulin overdoses
Two dogs and a cat died from insulin overdoses given to them by a preteen in Rhodes this past week. A local rescue group was called in to try and save them by getting them to a local veterinarian but it was too late. Now the question is, is this a chargeable offense by a preteen child? I say it is. I encourage law enforcement to do all they can in this very premeditated crime where there was loss of life.
