City should live within its means
Why is it that when the city fails to meet a budget the property owners are always put on the hook? Maybe the city should learn to live within their means like us property owners have to. We don’t have the authority to tax people like the city does, we have to be responsible to pay our bills or do away with something that we can’t afford. Sooner or later property owners are going to say enough is enough, and you need to find some other poor saps to sponge off for your irresponsibility.
