Todd Allen Fisher, address unknown, made an initial appearance on two requests for probation revocation. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. Jonathan Burke, 4 E. Marion St., made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $320, due immediately.

Dylan Justin Whitson, of Des Moines, made an initial appearance on a peddling without a license charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due immediately.

Jonathan James Coop, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a failure to have a valid driver's license charge and a no insurance charge. He pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine was $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due immediately.
