Marshalltown Fire Department

Thursday

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a special call to 105 E. Webster St., a fire call to 1613 Fremont St., and eight medical assists with the EMS crew to: 2001 Stratford Lane, 2907 S. 6th St., 1224 Marshall Dr., 1101 Woodbury St., 202 N. 2nd Ave., 1501 W. Church St., 306 Bromley St., and 407 W. Church St.

Friday

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a fire call to 212 W. Ingledue St., and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 205 S. Center St., 103 W. Ingledue St., 1111 Jackson St., and 201 N. 2nd Ave.

Saturday

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a fire call at 2009 S. Center St., and 10 medical assists with the EMS crew to: 9 N. 9th Ave., 508 Brentwood Place, 1211 W. State St., 5 Columbus Dr., 108 Washington St., 2501 S. Center St., 1104 Jackson St., 1313 E. Nevada St., 612 W. Main St., and 311 S. 2nd St.

Sunday

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1008 W. Lincolnway, 1010 W. Lincolnway, 208 S. 3rd Ave., 1911 S. 5th Ave., 1308 E. Madison St., and 1108 W. Iowa Ave.

Wednesday

Zane Aaron Dolash, 717 N. 5th Ave., made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 2 in Magistrate Court. The court appointed Jennie Wilson-Moore to represent in this case. Dolash was released on his own recognizance.

Sondra Ragen Wanatee, 1501 Summit St., made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty. The court appointed Chad Frese to represent her in this case. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 2 in Magistrate Court. Wanatee was released on her own recognizance.

Mariah Suzanne Tufte, 304 Melody Lane Apt. #3, made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 15. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Jessica Ann Hartwig, 806 Summit St., made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 15. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Jeremy Ray Waltemeyer, 503 E. Boone St., made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a driving under suspension charge and a probation violation charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The two traffic charges will be continued and seen with the probation revocation charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on March 20. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
